317. Praying to the God of Heaven
Woke up late today, didn't manage to go to church. Went straight for "breakfast" with Yippie and Boony at US Pizza. After pizza they decided to go for gaming at NetCity. I headed home as I'm not much of a gamer.
Tonite, the Chinese prays to the God of Heaven. Alex arrived just before midnite and will be staying with us for the next 2 weeks. He just came back from rock climbing and scuba diving in Krabi. I can only wish I have the free time and cash to join him.
Man, even tonite is quiet. Normally you'll hear firecrackers come midnite. Guess, people take the firecracker ban very seriously this year. Sigh! Before long, we'll all lose our culture, traditions and identity and Malaysia will truly be a "Muhibbah" nation.
Stayed up with Seng & Wee to watch the Liverpool Chelsea match. Disappoining match. I just hope the Ferrari F1 team won't be as disappointing this year.
