Rested till about 10am, felt better after taking medicine and decided to go to work despite having MC. Not really the stay home kind I guess.

one of the great remedies of diarrhea (from my church member):
*1 Hot slice of Toast bread (2 slices depending on the size of stomach)
*1 cup of hot local coffee black - no milk no sugar.

I feel a lot better now. Though I lost the antibiotics. :(
Your diorrhea remedy sounds more like a catalyst than anything else :P I'll "pass" :)
