556. Another Week
First, I discovered online ordering by Pizza Hut. Decided to try it to see if it works. Initially had some trouble registering as my home address wasn't listed on their of destinations. After playing around with the choices, finally located my specific street. With the registration done, it's time to place an order. I was promised delivery in 30mins, surprisingly, I received my pizza piping hot in 20mins. Gotta say, I was mighty impressed.

Then took some time off to chill at Soho, the usual gang was there too. Noticed that Wee's shirt has a wierd stain on it. Upon closer inspection, discovered that it was a burnt mark from an iron.
On Sat the 25th, went back to my hometown of Sitiawan to celebrate my aunt's 80th birthday! It was a grand event, family members from near & far returned for this celebration. Talk about over eating. :P I was so surprised when I went over to wish my aunt, she actually remembered my name! I only see this lady once a year (if at all) and she actually remembers me! Wow! She's got better memory than me. Rushed back to Penang to catch Rogue Assassin with Chuwy. Jet Li has more English lines in this show, but still, his acting and the story line is rather, for lack of better words, lame! 2 hours of my life that I'll never get back.
26th, Suppose to meet Chuwy for church on Sunday. Woke up at 8 and waited for Chuwy to call. Thot it was odd that he hasn't called by 9:30. So I decided to check my phone for missed calls. It won't turn on! Thot the battery died and I plunked in a new one. Nothing! It won't charge, it won't switch on, it won't nothing! Sigh! So my Treo 650 is officially dead! Did you notice that people get more religious when they're in need. Anyway, off to church and then to celebrate Seok Hong's b'day.
After lunch, spent the rest of the evening playing with Isaac & I gotta say, it was pretty therapeutic. Watching him running after the bubbles, discovering caterpillars and just plain being a baby. He was adorable.
27th, And continuing the saga or unfortunate events, I supposedly left my window open overnight. It rained and soaked my interior. Bah!
28th, Moving on, finally went to QE2 for the first time on Tuesday. The place is really nice. Didn't get a chance to sample the food though. Going to Pulau Payar the next day, so headed home early........NOT! by the time I got home, cleaned up and all, it was already 5am.

29th, Nic picked me up at 730 and off we go to the jetty. The trip turned out pretty well. The first dive was ok, on the 2nd dive, there were plenty more stuff to see, including a lion fish. There were moderate current which was a good challenge. :) I was so damn tired. It was dinner with Chong and the off to Soho again.
30th, After work, decided to head to QE2 for dinner. The food was alright, not exactly the best fine dining around, but the view was wonderful.
And finally a good news, PalmOne will send me a replacement unit for my dead Treo 650. I'll believe it when I receive it.
31st! Oh, it's our nation's 50th year of indenpendance! Hmmm, 50 years of.............
