512. Busy busy busy
Basically been running around like crazy. Sent Ando san & Tsuiki san to the airport, was in KL to send Lily off, to celebrate Ling's b'day, went to USTC 2007 and then back to Penang. Good thing I dun have to go back to my kandang on Monday & Tuesday. Thanks to Wesak day & Labour day holidays.
KL was pretty eventful. Went shopping for a pair of jeans. The last pair of jeans I bought was probably back in college days. Anyway, figured it's about time I bought a pair that actually fits :P Dinner was at Marche Movenpick. Gotta say, it's pretty good. Then it's off to meet Boony's friends and also Ling. Then ran into Jo at Laundry. While at starbucks, an old lady came by and sold me 4 Parker pens for 250 each. I feel sorry for the lady, so I thot wat the heck. Oh wait, I left out the denomination. It's 250 sen each. For a grand total of RM10.00, I get 4 Parker pens. Of course they're genuine imitations. I thot these kinda things only happen at Gurney drive.

After that, it's off to Velvet. As usual, we had to que a bit. But then I suggested we try out Zouk, since there's no que there at all. So off we went. Sigh, what a let down. I remembered it was pretty packed the last time I was there. The music was good too. But alas, it was pretty empty dat nite. We sure as hell ain't gonna que up again to get into Velvet, so off we went to the Asian Heritage Row. The Loft was much better. Though by then, I'm just waiting for 3am to come so dat we can head back to the hotel.
Next we're off to the Ultimate Street Tuner's Carnical 2007 (USTC '07). Hmmmmm, all I can say is dat it shud've been free. It was crap! What a waste of RM20 and not to mention the time getting there.

Back in Penang, since it's a public holiday on the 1st of May, we decided to meet up for dinner at Bkt Tambun the nite before. It was nice to have everyone together. It's been a while since everyone met up. After that it's off to Glo to end the evening. It's pretty interesting the dancers they have there. Sigh, entertaintment has gone to the dogs. First SS, now Glo, soon, the world!!!!! *shudder*
